Are your body oils greasy?

Our dry body oils are formulated to absorb quickly while still leaving the skin nourished and radiant. Most customers describe them as lightweight, silky, and comfortable for everyday wear.

How do I use the body oils?

Apply to clean skin after showering or anytime your skin needs extra moisture and glow. For best results, apply to slightly damp skin or after applying a lightweight lotion to seal in moisture and make your scent last even longer.

Are your products handmade?

Yes ✦ Each Peachy Hollow product is carefully handmade in small batches with attention to detail, quality, and aesthetic experience.

How strong are the fragrances?

Our fragrances are designed to be noticeable without becoming overwhelming. Scent strength may vary slightly between collections, fragrance styles, and individual sensitivities to fragrances.

Do the oils contain shimmer?

Some collections may include cosmetic-grade mica for a soft shimmer effect, while others are shimmer-free. Product descriptions will always specify if shimmer is included.

Are your products skin-safe?

Our products are intended for external use only and are formulated with skin-safe ingredients. However, we always recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before full use, especially for sensitive skin.

Are your products safe for pets?

While our products are formulated for human cosmetic use using non-toxic and natural ingredients, we recommend using caution around pets with all fragranced products and avoiding direct contact with animals. Contact your vetrinarian for more information.

How long do the body oils last?

With regular use, a 4oz bottle typically lasts for a few months depending on frequency of use. A little product goes a long way! 

Do you offer limited edition collections?

Yes ✦ Peachy Hollow frequently releases limited edition seasonal collections and specialty scents that may only be available for a short time.

When will my order ship?

While we are a very small, handmade business, we try to keep our processing time around 2-4 business days. Increases in order quantity may result in delays. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty and self care items.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at peachyhollowshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll be more than happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, Peachy Hollow only ships within the United States due to international shipping costs and tariff restrictions. We hope to expand international shipping options in the future.
